TO THE MAXIMUM LATITUDE CONCEDED BY STATUTE, ENTRY CLUB EXPLICITLY RENOUNCES ANY DIRECT, SECONDARY, OR RELATIONAL DAMAGES STEMMING FROM REAL-WORLD VENUE INCIDENTS, TECHNOLOGICAL LATENCY VECTORS, DATA LAGS, OR UNAPPROVED ACTS ORIGINATING FROM THIRD-PARTY NODES BEYOND DIRECT CODEBASE AUTHORITY.
